Authentic U.S. military PASGT (Personnel Armor System for Ground Troops) Kevlar helmet in OD Green, size Large (L-1), manufactured in 1987 by Stemaco Products, Inc. under a DLA contract.
 
The Personnel Armor System for Ground Troops (PASGT) Helmet served as the standard combat helmet for U.S. military forces from the early 1980s through the mid-2000s. Constructed from layered Kevlar, it provided a significant improvement in ballistic protection over the earlier M1 steel helmet.
 
This helmet features the classic PASGT “Fritz” profile with original textured OD green finish and is fitted with a genuine M81 Woodland camouflage helmet cover complete with the correct OD cat-eye elastic band used for nighttime identification.
 
The interior retains the original PASGT suspension system with leather sweatband, webbing, and chinstrap hardware. Helmet shows honest service wear including light scuffs and paint wear consistent with issued surplus. No cracks or structural damage observed.
 
A solid Cold War–era PASGT example, correct for late 1980s through early 1990s U.S. Army and USMC impressions, and ideal for collectors, display, or reenactment.
