Original Spanish DAGSA gas mask set with a Dräger-Blanco filter and ribbed steel carrying canister. Developed during the Spanish Civil War period, DAGSA masks reflect the German influence on Spanish respiratory equipment of the 1930s. Their distinctive construction combines round eyepieces, an adjustable fabric harness, and a front-mounted filter connection.
This set retains its Spanish-language filter label, DAGSA markings, and an anti-fog lens packet housed inside the canister’s lid compartment. The filter’s bottom closure and pull ring remain present.
Shows age and wear throughout, including yellowed eyepieces, surface oxidation, chipped paint, and cracking to the interior rubber components. The filter label remains largely legible. An unrestored historical display set; please review the detailed photographs for condition.
Sold for collection and display only. Mask and filter are not intended for respiratory protection. Mannequin head not included.
