Complete genuine U.S. military Gen III Improved Outer Tactical Vest armor system in MultiCam/OCP, configured as a highly complete late-GWOT modular armor set. The set includes the Gen III IOTV carrier with soft ballistic armor, front and rear Ceradyne ESAPI Rev. E Small plates, left and right Ceradyne ESBI side plates, side plate carriers, deltoid/shoulder protectors, yoke/collar assembly, lower back protector, KDH Blast Pelvic Protector, and 3 Magazine Front Panel.
 
Introduced as the U.S. Army’s improved successor to the older OTV/Interceptor body armor system, offering better coverage, modular protection, improved weight distribution, and a quick-release system. The Gen III MultiCam/OCP version represents a later, more refined stage of the system used during the Afghanistan/OEF era and transition period away from earlier UCP-pattern equipment. 
 
The included hard armor plates are genuine U.S. military ceramic inserts. The front/rear plates are Ceradyne ESAPI Rev. E Small plates, marked ESAPI Type VI S, with a visible NDTE Passed Inspection sticker dated 5/26/2022. The side plates are Ceradyne ESBI side plates with a visible NDTE Passed Inspection sticker dated 1/4/2022. These NDTE stickers are valuable provenance and indicate the plates passed non-destructive inspection at the time listed, but no current ballistic warranty is implied.
 
The included soft armor and accessory components provide the full visual and historical profile of the issued IOTV system. The deltoid protector outershells are marked X-Small to Small, manufactured by Carter Enterprises LLC. The yoke/collar back assembly is marked Small, manufactured by Protective Products / Point Blank Enterprises. The Blast Pelvic Protector is marked Medium, waist 31–36", manufactured by KDH Defense Systems.
 
The set shows normal field/storage wear including fading, creasing, label wear, edge wear on plate covers, and general handling marks. The carrier, armor components, buckles, straps, and accessories are complete and in working condition. Hard plates show cosmetic wear to the outer wraps/covers, but the labels and inspection stickers are visible. Sold exactly as shown.
 
Military armor sizing does not correspond directly to standard clothing sizes. The vest is highly adjustable and may fit some users who normally wear medium or large clothing depending on chest size, torso length, and desired coverage. Please refer to the marked size and measurements/labels shown.
