This is a genuine issue MOLLE Sustainment Pouch in Woodland camouflage—originally issued as part of the MOLLE II rucksack system. Designed to mount to either side of the MOLLE main pack, these pouches dramatically increase your carrying capacity without requiring additional packs or pouches.

Each pouch holds approximately 500–600 cubic inches and is ideal for stashing MREs, spare clothing, or mission-essential gear. Built tough from water-resistant Cordura nylon, these feature four attachment straps with durable snaps, two cinch straps for compression, a drainage grommet, and a top cinch cord under the flap to secure contents.
