Original U.S. military ERDL camouflage hot-weather uniform set, including a coat and trousers, both marked Small Regular. This post-Vietnam set features lightweight cotton ripstop construction, with the trousers manufactured by Propper International under a 1979 military contract.
 
ERDL takes its name from the Army’s Engineer Research and Development Laboratories. Its four-color leaf camouflage gained widespread recognition during the Vietnam War and continued in service afterward. This later uniform style, commonly called RDF by collectors, features straight chest pockets while retaining the pleated pocket construction of earlier jungle uniforms. It represents the transition toward the Woodland Battle Dress Uniform introduced in 1981.
 
The coat has four flap-covered front pockets, a concealed button closure, and adjustable button cuffs. The trousers feature a button fly, side waist adjustment tabs, belt loops, and six pockets, including two thigh cargo pockets.
 
Both pieces show fading and wear consistent with used military surplus. Visible fraying is present around the trouser fly, and the coat’s interior labels are faded and marked. Please review the photographs for condition details.
