Original West German Bundeswehr snow camouflage poncho manufactured by Pausch during the Cold War era. This oversized cotton concealment garment features the distinctive Schneetarn pattern, consisting of irregular dark olive pine-needle brush marks over a white background. The pattern was introduced by the Bundeswehr around the mid-1960s for personnel operating in snow-covered terrain.

Designed to be worn over a uniform, winter clothing, and field equipment, the poncho has a generous cape-style cut, integrated drawstring hood, wrist openings, and multiple adjustment ties. Unlike a standard rain poncho, this is a breathable cotton camouflage overgarment and is not waterproof. The printed stock number, 8415-12-137-3407, identifies it as a German military camouflage-pattern poncho; that NSN was cataloged in 1969.

Used vintage condition with wrinkles, general age discoloration, scattered storage marks, and several visible orange-brown stains on the sleeve and body. The dark olive brush marks are part of the original camouflage pattern. Please examine all photos closely for the exact condition.
