This is a genuine vintage U.S. Air Force N-3B Cold Weather Parka, manufactured by Skyline Clothing Corporation under contract DSA 100-71-C-0062, dating it to 1971. Designed for extreme cold weather flight crews, the N-3B—also known as the "Snorkel Parka"—was first introduced in the early 1950s and remains one of the most iconic U.S. military cold-weather garments.
 
This particular parka features the correct real fur ruff (fox fur) around the snorkel-style hood and retains its original wool-lined interior, ideal for extreme cold. It’s labeled Size Small, but these were designed oversized to fit over uniforms, so it fits more like a modern Medium to slim Large—best suited for chest sizes 36–40” depending on desired fit.
