This is an original U.S. military Interceptor Body Armor (IBA) system, featuring the Outer Tactical Vest (OTV) in woodland camouflage, complete with matching Point Blank soft Kevlar ballistic panels (front and back).
The Interceptor system was introduced in the late 1990s and saw extensive use in early OEF and OIF deployments, replacing the older PASGT flak vest. This set is dated 2001 and was made under contract DAAN02-98-D-5006 by Point Blank Body Armor — one of the primary suppliers for the U.S. military at the time.
This medium-sized vest is rated for NIJ Level IIIA equivalent protection (9mm, fragmentation) when used with the included panels. It features full MOLLE webbing for modular pouches and attachments, adjustable shoulders and sides, and a front Velcro/snap closure system.

Condition
This M81 Woodland Interceptor OTV is in good used condition, with only minor signs of wear. The ballistic panels are intact, and all straps, fasteners, and webbing are fully functional. The only noticeable wear is some dirt marks on the front and back of the vest, which can be seen in the images. Other than that, the vest remains in solid shape, ready for use or display.
