Original WWII-era U.S. Marine Corps P41 utility jacket constructed from sage-green cotton herringbone twill. This example retains a prominent “USMC” and Eagle, Globe and Anchor stencil on the chest pocket, along with a period size 34 marking inside the jacket.
 
Features the correct three-pocket configuration and embossed U.S. Marine Corps metal buttons. The surviving stencil gives this heavily used jacket strong display character.
 
Poor, heavily distressed condition with substantial tearing beside the chest pocket, damage around the lower pocket and front closure, scattered holes, fraying and widespread staining. Additional dark stains are present across the back, shoulders and sleeves. Intended primarily as a collectible or display piece. Please review all photos closely.
